Laboratory Infrastructure
• The company has a modern quality control laboratory, operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Both chemical and physical tests are performed in the laboratory.
• Thanks to continuous monitoring system, production is controlled instantly and possible deviations are corrected instantly.
Types of Testing and Analysis
• Mechanical Tests: Pressure resistance, socket time, fineness measurement.
• Chemical Analysis: Composition ratios, mineral additives, sulfate resistance.
• Endurance Tests: Long-term performance measurements, environmental impact tests (water, moisture, salt effect).
Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Laboratory
• Ready-made concrete tests are carried out to support the customers in the field.
• Formulation support for concrete mix design.
• By determining the optimum material rates for special projects, both cost and durability advantages are offered.
Continuity and Follow-up
• Quality control, not only during production;
• Packing (bagged, bulk, sling bag, big bag)
• Transport (cast transport vehicles, container)
