Quality management is actively implemented not only in production but also in logistics, customer service, and after-sales support processes.
SPA S.P.C.C. minimizes production-related waste through its “Zero Waste” policy and contributes to the recycling process by directing waste generated from maintenance and repairs to licensed companies.
Regular occupational safety training sessions are conducted, and employees are provided with personal protective equipment (hard hats, safety goggles, masks, ear protection, safety harnesses, etc.). In addition, specialized training is provided for working at heights and the Lockout/Tagout (LTO) procedure.
