The location of our factory
The factory is located within the boundaries of the Hassi Ameur Industrial Zone in the Oran Province.The area is known for its well-developed industrial and logistics infrastructure.
There are major transportation routes and industry-focused infrastructure in our area.
The area is located at a reasonable distance from both the city center and the ports, as well as major commercial routes; this provides logistical advantages in terms of both raw material procurement and product shipment.
Factory Site & Layout
Total area: 36.909 m²This area includes production facilities, packaging units, warehouses, office spaces, laboratories, and logistics areas.
The layout has been designed to optimize the production flow and ensure efficient operation at every stage of the process, from raw material intake to final product shipment.
The storage areas are equipped with appropriate heights for bagged and bulk products, as well as pathways suitable for vehicle and forklift traffic.
Transportation & Logistics Advantages
Highway: There are state highways connecting to the Hassi Ameur Industrial Zone; access is easy for both intercity and regional transportation.
Railway: The "Gare de Hassi Ameur" train station is located nearby. This station is part of railway routes such as the Oran-Arzew line.
Proximity to Ports: The proximity to the port infrastructure in the Oran region offers a cost advantage in terms of delivery and exports.
Urban and Service Areas: The city of Oran offers easy access to accommodation, logistics support, healthcare, and supply services.
Production Capacity and Packaging
Annual Production Capacity: The plant has an annual production capacity of 720,000 tons of cement. This capacity is sufficient to meet demand in the local market and also indicates a strong foundation for regional export potential.
Production Capacity:
Bagged Products: A packaging line with a capacity of approximately 120 tons per hour.
Bulk Product: With a bulk product handling capacity of 400 tons per hour, we are able to fulfill high-volume orders.
Equipment & Technology
Modern grinding and mixing facilities are equipped with designs and engineering that ensure high efficiency and energy savings.
Thanks to automation systems, every stage of the production process (grinding, mixture adjustment, moisture control, packaging) can be continuously monitored and controlled.
Packaging equipment is suitable for various packaging types, including bagged products as well as big bags, sling bags, and kraft bags; it is designed with durability and ease of transport in mind. The industrial zone is one of the areas with a high level of standardization in terms of electrical and water infrastructure. Reliable power line connections, along with access to high-voltage lines, reduce the risk of sudden power outages during production. Water treatment systems comply with standards, thereby minimizing environmental risks that could affect production quality.
Access to the primary raw materials used in cement production (such as limestone, clay, and gypsum) provides a logistical advantage due to the facility’s proximity to these sources. The transportation of these raw materials can be carried out at a lower cost and in a shorter time, which enables cost optimization in the production process.
Thanks to road connections, there is an advantage in terms of access to both regional markets and import-export ports. The reasonable distances to the ports reduce transportation costs for export projects. Additionally, access to the railway line provides logistical flexibility.
The layout of the production area ensures that storage areas and logistics zones are located at appropriate distances from loading and unloading zones. Having separate storage areas for both bagged and bulk products helps maintain product integrity during transportation and shipping.
